10th Anniversary Moniker Eggplant’s Compilation
“Another Supper”
We celebrate our 10th year of existence with a digital-only charity compilation gathering 15 tracks by artists from our roster, new additions and collaborations. The result is a compelling menu covering all tastes the label cuisine is known for: Solid beats and breaks as basis, a colorful palette of intriguing sounddesigns and experiments to add flavor and spice, contemplative moments to cool things down and playful, humorous elements to round things up.
A perfect soundtrack for your next summer BBQ – one of those that start in the early afternoon and end too late at night…
‚Another Supper‘ comes with AUBERG1NE’s take on Melitzanosalada – A greek Eggplant salad | A perfect companion for the BBQ.
The project is a charity compilation as all proceeds will be donated to Mission Lifeline – an NGO rescuing and supporting refugees at the diverse European borders.

Graphisme
Pour les 10 ans de leur label, j’ai réalisé la plaquette et la couverture de la compilation anniversaire du label berlinois Moniker Eggplant.
Chacune de leurs compilation est accompagnée d’une recette à base d’aubergine. Pour cette compilation, la recette d’une salade grecque d’aubergine (Melitzanosalada) est accompagnée d’une illustration de ses ingrédients !
Pour ce projet, j’ai adoré jouer avec la composition et la bichromie. Au dos, la quantité de texte et sa structuration en différents paragraphes (au sein de la recette mais aussi à propos du projet) ont été un beau challenge.
Nous avons imprimé des éditions très limitées de cette plaquette sur du papier ensemencé avec des graines de fleurs sauvages, faits main en Italie.
